whoa. see how quickly the weekend pass? haiz. tomorrow's monday and guess what? not only is it just simply monday, but a dreadful one too. yeah. the chinese Os result. im friggin' scared. okok. it won't help much by thinking about it eh? haha. anyway, on to a lighter topic- the dinner.
well, before that, went to braddell westlake for the cssp quiz thing. hell. it was super boring man. i felt really sleepy throughout the whole thing. yuck. what a nasty event. boo. you might've guessed it. we weren't qualified for the finals. which is a relief for us. who wants to attend the boring-like-hell quiz competition? =P
anyway, the dinner was funnn. =D we ended up going to novena's fish and co cos we couldn't get places for everyone. so that does it. and i swear i'll never have fish and chips! i didn't expect the fish to be sooo humongous. cassie and i were like struggling with it. ate till i nearly puked. haha. talked crap and all. and reached home at about 10 plus. okiez. shall end here.

finally finally finally. i'm taking a break. but barely. cos i've to read through the booklets for tml's quiz thingy. seriously man. im so going to suffer from burn-out. this week's been real hectic. and i mean REAL hectic. can die one. from monday to today, which is friday, i hardly had any time for homework, let alone rest time. =( stressss. from mon to wed, i stayed back in school for invest practice and it always ends until about 5 plus, latest was till 6 plus. walao eh. damn late right? yesterday was invest. from the moment i woke up, i was having the heeby-jeebies. i was damn stressed cos i was super afraid that i might just embarrass myself in front of the audience. =( so i wasn't in a very good mood in the morning. my moodiness is also partly due to my bloody nose which was like 'running' like hell. grrr. left class at 11.55 and went to the hall to prepare and have a run-through before the real thing. we did until 1 plus and other schools were already in school. so ya. rushed and changed like mad and i tore my stockings. beneath my prefect's shirt, i wore the black top and sch blouse underneath so you can imagine how friggin hot it was for me. wth. ran here ran there and realised that i lost my bottle. my precious blue nike bottle!
well, anyway, the invest started with the GOH and all and blah blah. i was like really jumpy throughout the 'pass it on' song cos it was almost time to dash into the backstage to change. so i changed in record time and did my stuff. it was scary at first but after a while, i was sorta okay with it. haha. i screwed up the dance part! oh well. whatever la. the whole play matters most. =) anyway, after the item, went to the reception venue. served the guests and it really didn't help much just seeing them drink when i was so darn thirsty. but i think i drank four cups of the punch. hoho. horsed around and all. lala. it was really fun! sigh. it's my last invest. saddd. oh wellz.
after the invest, went home with three sec two prefects. it was pouring like shit and we were drenched from head to toe. brrr. took a cab to causeway point cos i wanted to buy a new bottle to replace my missing blue one. sobx. i bought the transparent nike bottle from sportslink. =D after that, took neos in our prefects' u. damn craps la.
anyway, today's guides orientation was quite boring. it was quite okay really but i was too tired to enjoy. oh well. gonna go turn in now. nights. =P

yesterday was a super tiring day. after self-awareness camp, had to go back to school to take the bus to the indoor stadium for thinking day. and i had like only 5 hours of sleep and hearing all their thinking day speeches ain't a very fun thing when your eyes are like half-closed. geez. tried to get some shut-eye while some big-shot gave her speech. it was pretty boring really and i swear the songs are real... kindergarten-ish. led the guides in cheering and it was shocking that i could still cheer when i was so friggin' sleepy. thankfully, the whole thing ended early. boarded the bus and we headed for school. (whew) when i reached home, i was damn grumpy because:
1. i was extremely beat after a looonng day.
2. i had quite a lot to unpack and my mum ain't helping much by nagging at my brother who was still not home from his outing.
3. i was perspiring like hell.
so in the end, i got nagged for showing black face. bahhh. oh wellz. to hell with it la. my mood lightened after a refreshing shower and i watched a bit of tv. studied lit until about 9.00 and went to bed. pretty drained eh? haha.
today was just like any other day. dull, uneventful and sweltering. but miraculously, i managed to finish studying lit despite my sleepy eyes. so yeah.
haiz. there's nothing interesting to talk about today so i guess i shall end here. im not blogging anything about self-awareness camp cos i think it'd be better if i just kept it as a memory in my head. oh, before i end, here are my replies to you taggers:

just changed my layout yesterday and i think it's real preetttaayyee. haha. spent a great deal of time trying to perfect it. that accounts for my inability to update yesterday. ohs. basically, today's a pretty okay day, except for PE. duh. understatement of the year. bah. chowchow was so sadistic! here are the factors that made her a sadist.
1. made us ran 12 rounds. ok... maybe that's just nothing but...
2. told us to do her funny conditioning exercises. this is the main thing that makes her sooo cruel. we had to like run to a station to do a particular exercise and if we broke the chain, we have to redo the whole thing. and i was soooo damn tired after the run. bleah.
ya. anyway, the rest of the lessons were alright. whale rider was super captivating, especially hemi. ahem. =P oh well... can't wait for self-awareness camp! haha. im not gonna cry im not gonna cry... -chants repeatedly-

im such a naughty child cos im here right now blogging instead of doing homework. okkk... it's not exactly my fault for forgetting to take my e maths textbook. it's just my... brain? haha. anyway, i swear today's the worst day of my life. can you imagine everyone was enjoying cny and
poof!, it's lesson time! wow. totally spoiled the festive mood. haiz. anyway, went to my ah gong's place. we were the first to arrive! haha. my aunt and uncle freaked me out cos they said i looked like my cousin. goshh. maybe it's just my hairstyle. and mind ya, they are not the only ones. the other aunt (my mother's brother's wife) was like, 'oh wow... you've changed a lot. i remembered you as the little girl...'. blah blah. it was super embarrassing, i tell you. she told like the entire family in the house. arghhh.
yeah... that's my rather uneventful day for now. let's get on with geko's daily laments:
'basically, this day started off quite unpleasantly for i've not yet recovered from my holiday mood. my eyes were like closing themselves during e maths. and i wasn't in the mood to pay full attention in class. call me bad, man. haiz. english sucked too, what with the speech thingy. wrote crap but luckily, i didn't get called by ms teo. whew. hopefully, she'll forget about it. ss was shitty as well. i mean, the farmer was like droning on about the welfare thing. it was boring. bleah.''recess was okay. i swear im falling in love with staircase dooty. heehee. im not a psycho k. =P anyway, found out i'll be the girl in the item. and I SWEAR I DIDN'T VOLUNTEER FOR THAT SEEMINGLY CRAPPY ROLE! michelle's fault la. hmph. anyhoo, i hope i won't embarrass myself. oops. ''easy my foot, that physics test. ok, so the mcqs were quite easy to handle. but the open-ended was like hell. it's so not easy. grr. lit was okay. i lovveee Naema Disparue. cos i just looovvveee war stories. heh. emm... im not a psycho ya? (just thought i'd point that out again. ahem) anyway, double chem was super boring with the capital B. geez. ''chem practs just make me go nuts. it's like damn stuffy in the lab and i was perspiring like a leaking tap there. titration was vexing and the tube tube experiment was like tedious. cos you've got to like walk here and there to get a particular solution. finished at around 3.25.''guides was alright. taught them the songs and some cheers cos ethel had to go for total defence training. yup. took a cab home. im not that rich. my junior paid for it. haha. ok... very mean. i shall pay her back on monday. see? im such a nice gal. =P'lubx.

im so beat. after all the 'happy new years' and smiley faces. but im still a happy kid! cos i've received lotsa angbaos! yay! okiex. recount on yesterday's events...
--in class--
listened to the PA system play cny songs. there's this really crappy one with the car's vroom-ing sound in the background. lol. damn crapz. then elaine came in and asked me to help her do raph gate dooty cos she had something else going on. the classroom was quite empty in the morning cos almost everyone went straight to the carpark. so i was alone drawing my pencil. haha. did the dooty with huizhen and we just started talking while whiling our time away waiting for latecomers. but i guess even if there were one, i'd not book them cos it's like new year and i think it's real mean to do so on this festive season. yeah. so kind right? haha. thick skin. anyway, at around 7.30, we made our way to the carpark for mass.

although i've no idea what was going on most of the time (cos i was seated right at the back), i figured the mass put up by 4/1 and 4/2(us) was a smashing success. and it turned out both our classes won the first prize for cny deco. cheered madly and really really loudly cos our hard work paid off.
--concert--
sucked. it was so boring. especially the lion dances. we had like SIX of it. arghhh. and i thought my eardrums were gonna burst with all the clanging of the cymbals and beating of the drum. boom boom boom. it was really really really bor-ing.
--steamboat--
the first part of it was quite difficult for me. cos by the time i got there, everyone was crowded around a spot doing preparations. and i kinda like felt stupid just standing around looking as though im skiving. which is obviously something i dun wanna do. but i just went with the crowd and tried to chip in a little, be it useful or useless. haiz. felt like i was that sec one kid again.
but anyway, the eating part was great. the steamboat which we were using was the only one that could work without going off suddenly. we had like seven servings in all. i was super bloated. haha. then after that, i was all of sudden in a drunkard state. i was like singing broken-ly and laughing like a mad woman. i kept on singing yellowcard's only one.
'broken this fragile thing now...' hoho. debby and suhui were laughing like hell. and then did more crazy things like imitating vic zhou to irritate yufang and blah blah. played with deb's video cam and that koko took the most outrageous action in the whole world. eeeeeekkkk. darn it. but we all had a damn good laugh. yeah, i was laughing at myself, which is kinda lame. lol.

unlucky man. the good tickets were sold out except for the front ones. we didn't buy cos we dun wish to get stiff necks after the two-hour movie. oh well. quite disappointed but nvm, comics ALWAYS cheer me up. so koko and i went comics connection while she talked to elsie on the phone. then debby came and we just sorta looked around the shop. i spotted gundam seed destiny fan book!!! ahhhh!!! but the shopkeeper said there was no more stock. wth. headed to royal sporting house to find soccer balls. yeah. present. but there was none that looked decent. well, there is one but it's bloody expensive. decided to go kino. more comics! haha.
after buying the present, we went to coffeebean. sat and talked until about 5.00. had to rush all the way to my grandma's. boo hoo.
--grandma's--
had steamboat again. i didn't eat as much cos i was still bloated with all the food during lunch. helped my aunt to mop the floor and clean the cupboards. she's a damn last-minute person. goshhh. damn tired doing all those chores. i swear im gonna make her pay for making me do these chores. haha. just kidding. im a very charitable gal. ahem. couldn't hold out any longer so i turned in at around 11.15. sleepppyyy.
woke up at 8.00 plus. showered and all and waited for my relatives to come. the kids are super annoying. fell asleep at 1.30 while studying physics in my gran's room. at around 4.30, we set off to my goddad's place.
and then im back here typing all these. yawnn. gonna sleep now. nightz.

dong dong qiannggg... tomorrow's cny eve. lalala. haha... actually there's nothing to be excited about. really. well, except collecting angbaos! money face. today's okay-ish. had the usual stuff going on, blah blah blah. went sji to sell chocomania tickets after school. at first, it was friggin embarrassing cos we looked so incongruous* in their school, with our blue pinafores and all. lol. but i swear the school is damn nice. anyway, we stationed ourselves in the canteen and there were quite a number of them there. so yeah, it seemed business was gonna be good. not.
i dunno what made me did it but i just started blabbering away trying to convince a guy who was eating to buy the ticket. so i kept on blah-ing and he finally bought it. yay. after that, mavis and i asked a few more others till our throats went dry. super taxing. those lower sec people are damn funny. they're like so... nvm. then there's this son of a b***h that kept suan-ing us. wth. in the end, sold seven tickets. mavis and i, that is. quite satisfying. =P haha.
hopefully i'll be able to watch constantine tomorrow. lalalala. happy lunar new year in advance!
