last paper of the week is done. two more weeks of torture after the one-week hols. oh god.
confidence level's down in the dumps.
oh god.
oh god.
why are things so screwed?
alright. prelims aside.
came across something pretty amusing. it's some 'informative report' i wrote partly out of sheer boredom. the other part? it was for zelina's benefit=) who was absent that day. well, it went like this:
wednesday 2/3/05
P.E.: ran 3/4 rounds around the school
stopped running when rain started to pour
went back to class and mrs chow talked about the marathon race
class decided to hold a training this saturday. 7.30am at macritchie
English: ms teo came in at 9.00am (15 min late)
she talked to us about the movie and who would like to go if she
were to organise another round (now it is 9.11am: im very bored)
chua is being lame
-okay... it's getting more and more BORING-
went through vocab worksheet: Algeria (sianz)
she talked about the fighter planes flying over very frequently recently
she talked about the importance of social cohesion and seriousness of
a curfew
Physics: Tang came in at 9.32am
mended Pebby and handed her to the table in front
-my nose is killing me!-
there. word for word.
can't remember who (or what) the hell pebby is, though. haha. mundane, yes. but looking back, it seems unusually interesting. it's funny how these insignificant things can create such fond memories- treasured only when they've become things of the past.
oh and i saw miss lak in sa last week. she was there for some course, i think. what incongruity please. haha. maybe there's nothing weird about it but still. it's kinda funny seeing your sec school teacher in sa. it felt good, though. like familiar in the unfamiliar. sounds crapped up but you know what i mean. she wasn't my favourite teacher but i kinda missed her. haha. okay this is what stress do to you- you start missing people you don't exactly have much liking towards in the first place. heh.
okay. i REALLY need to move on with the present. can't keep on living in the past. still. it always seems so much better than the 'now' we're living in.
yearning for the past.
dreading the present.
what's keeping me going amidst all the seemingly never-ending exams and stress is the Familiar in the unfamiliar.
thank You=)
